Graveside service for Priscilla Lynn Caraway Nance, age 75 of Trenton, will be held on Saturday, August 23, 2025, at 10 AM at the White Rose Cemetery near Gibson. There will be no visitation prior to the service.

Lynn was born on December 31, 1949, to James Aaron and Margaret Louise Perry Caraway in Humboldt. She graduated from Humboldt High School in 1967 and along with her husband David, they owned and operated Nance Tool & Stamping in Milan before their retirement. Lynn served the citizens of Gibson County as a two term county commissioner for her district.

She is survived by her husband David Wayne Nance of Trenton, one daughter Laura Lynn Nance of Jackson, a brother James Aaron Caraway, Jr. (Shirley) of Milan, three grandchildren Alexandra Nicole Meals (Josh) of Trenton, Aaron Sable Adkisson Peggram (Kyle) of Chattanooga and Thaddaeus Dale Springfield of Jackson and five great grandchildren Britton, Emersyn, Holland, Emery and Ryker. In addition to her parents, Lynn was preceded in death by a daughter Jennifer Dawn Nance Crenshaw, two grandchildren Jacob Addison Crenshaw and Jillian Celeste Crenshaw, a brother Gary Robert Caraway and a sister Cynthia Gayle Caraway Morgan.
