Funeral service for Marlyn Yvonne Stockard, age 88 of Milan, will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024, at 2 PM at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Pleasant View Cemetery near Bradford. Visitation with the family will be held on Friday from 11 - 2 at the funeral home.
She was born on September 13, 1935 to Lawrence and Annie Lee Legins Prince in Martin. Marlyn was a member of the Main Street Church of Christ in Milan and she retired from Acco Industries where she worked many years.
She is survived by two children Debra Lee Phillips (Randall) of Princeton, KY and Leisa Stockard (Donald Steed) of Milan, a brother Larry Prince (Collen) of Bloomington, IL, a sister Sue Maxwell (Max) of Schaumburg, IL, four grandchildren Sonyia Rimmer of Naples, FL, Rachelle Shults of Sevierville, Cheslee Navarro of Milan and Megan Ulrich of Milan, eight great grandchildren Logan Rimmer, Cameron Rimmer, Vivvy Shults, Ava Claire White, Emmett White, Audrey Layne Navarro, Joshua Ulrich and Savannah Ulrich and two great-great grandchildren Addie Rimmer and Ethan Nelson.
Marlyn was preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Freed "Ben" Stockard, her parents Lawrence and Annie Lee Prince, two brothers Tom Prince and Ed Prince and a sister Robbie Lobono.
