Funeral services for Michael Anthony Mathis, age 61 of Milan, will take place at 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 23, 2022, at the Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday evening from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Thursday morning from 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Michael was born September 30, 1960, to the late Jacks and Maurine Gowan Mathis. He passed away June 19, 2022, at his home surrounded by family. He worked as a machine operator for DRH Superior Metal Solutions in Jackson. He attended Soulquest Church. Michael will be remembered as a loving dad and wonderful husband.
