Norma Jean Wilmot, age 86 of Jackson and formerly Michigan, passed away April 11, 2021, at NHC Healthcare in Milan. Born to the late Leslie and Alice Slippey Zuehlk on March 20, 1935. Mrs. Norma loved making ceramics, crocheting, and doing counter cross stitch, and won multiple awards for her artwork. She was born and raised in Michigan where she was a homemaker. After her late husband's, Lyn Wilmot, retirement, they moved to the Jackson area where they made their home for close to 30 years. Mrs. Norma is survived by two sons, David Wilmot and wife Mary Beth of Jackson, TN and Terry Wilmot of Nashville, IN, a daughter, Kim Hayes and husband Bob of Lavinia, a brother, Dale Zuehlk, 5 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Alice Zuehlk, her husband, Lyn Wilmot, a son, Keith Wilmot, a brother, Melvin Zuehlk, and a sister, Doris Richardson. A memorial service will be held at a later date for Mrs. Wilmot. Pending Service
