Patsy Jane Thetford, age 88 of Lexington, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 5, 2026.  Graveside services will be held on Monday, August 10, 2026, at 10 AM at the Pleasant Hill Church of Christ Cemetery in the Concord Community.  

Born on March 22, 1938, in Cedar Grove, TN, Patsy was the cherished daughter of Frank and Katie Belle Moore Woodard.  She lived a life woven with faith and love, embracing each day with kindness and devotion to those around her.  A dedicated member of the Fairview Church of Christ, she found solace in her beliefs and strength in her unwavering spirit.

Patsy's heart belonged to her family, whom she nurtured with boundless love.  She is survived by her daughter, Debra Thompson (Tony), three grandchildren, Angela Beach (Lee), Kristy Powers, and Nolan Raines, six great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Bennie Thetford, and her daughter Denise Thetford.

Her warmth radiated like a gentle light, touching all who knew her.  Whether through quiet moments of encouragement or steadfast support in times of need, she left an indelible mark on the hearts of many.  Though she has departed from this world, the love she shared will continue to bloom in the lives she touched.  Patsy will be deeply missed but forever remembered with affection and gratitude.
