Visitation for Peggy Ann Jones, age 79 of Lavinia, will be held from 5 – 8 PM on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Bodkin Funeral Home. There will be no funeral service scheduled.

Peggy passed away on March 28, 2024, at her residence after an extended illness. She was born on January 14, 1945, to Charles William and Mattie Thrasher Baldridge at the Clemmer Clinic in Milan. She retired from the S&S Company in Atwood but before that, she worked for many years at the Milan Shirt Factory. Peggy also attended the Milan First Baptist Church of many years.

She is survived by two children Tasha Ainsworth (James Edwin) of Milan and Lindsey Pollard (Timothy) of Lavinia, a brother Tony Baldridge of Jackson and two grandchildren Tawny Everly and Kyle Everly. Besides her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband James Edward Jones who passed away in 2015.
