Phillip Wayne Carruth, age 76 of Milan, passed away on September 2, 2020 at Douglas Nursing and Rehab Center after an extended illness. Mr. Carruth was born on March 18, 1944 to Clyde Ford and Clydie Marie Williford Carruth both of which preceded him in death. He is survived by one brother Sammy Carruth (Cherry) of Bradford and several nieces and nephews. The family will hold a private service at a later date.
