Funeral service for Phyllis Ann Boling, age 78 of Bradford, will be held on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at 3 PM at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation will be Sunday from 1-3 PM at the funeral home. Phyllis passed away on April 13, 2023 at the West Tennessee Veterans Home after a short illness. She was born on March 29, 1945 in Flemingsburg, KY to Eldon Reeves and Mary Dorothy Colville Saunders. Phyllis was retired as a cafeteria worker with the Milan Special School District. She is survived by three children, Greg Boling (Stephanie) of Humboldt, Regina Boling of Cleveland, GA and Mary Staggs of Bradford, one sister Debbie Highfield (John) of Tollesboro, KY and seven grandchildren. Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband William "Bill" Boling, parents Eldon and Mary Saunders, one brother Lonnie Saunders and a sister Laura Hendrix.
