Funeral service for Ralph Wayne Dowdy, age 76 of Milan, will be held on Sunday, July 23, 2023 at 3 PM at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1 3 PM at the funeral Home. Mr. Dowdy was born in Milan to Dalton Bennett and Clydie Cathryn Carter Dowdy on February 17, 1947. He was a member of the Chapel Hill Baptist Church and he was retired from Murray Guard in Jackson. He is survived by his sister Brenda Robinson and close friends Jimmy and Regina Vinson.
