Rickie L Elmer, Jr, age 43 of Milan, passed away December 8, 2021, at his home. Rickie was born in Ogden, UT on August 31, 1978, to Rickie Elmer, Sr and the late Marlaine Hensen Elmer. Rickie loved building guns and spending time with family. He was a joy to be around and will be missed by all who knew him.
