Ricky Lynn Chandler, a devoted husband and father, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2026, at Jackson General Hospital. Born on May 7, 1960, in Milan, Tennessee, Ricky dedicated much of his life to his work at Bodine in Jackson, where he built a career marked by diligence and commitment before his retirement.

Ricky was a cherished member of the Milan First Baptist Church, where his faith and involvement were a guiding force throughout his life. His presence in the church community will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He is lovingly survived by his wife, Brigitte Warmath Chandler, who stood steadfast at his side throughout their years together. He also leaves behind his daughter, Sunny Jo Chandler of Milan, who carries forward his legacy of kindness and strength.

Ricky was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Hulon Fessmire Chandler and Dorothy Adams Chandler, whose memory he held dear. He also mourns the loss of his sister, Kay Flowers, whose absence leaves a profound void in the family.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a visitation at Bodkin Funeral Home, located at 2000 N 1st St, Milan, Tennessee, 38358. The visitation will be held on June 10, 2026, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM, offering an opportunity to honor Ricky's life and share memories. A private burial will take place Thursday.
