Funeral services for Rita Joyce Cagle, age 55 of Milan, will take place at 12:00 PM Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at the Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Independence Cemetery in Lexington. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Rita was born December 11, 1967, to the late Alton and Lena Jackson Cagle. She passed away June 12, 2023, at her home in Milan. She was a sweet, loving daughter and sister. Rita loved her family very much and will be missed dearly. Rita is survived by sisters, Margaret Isbell and husband Bill of Rutherford, TN, and Gloria Sue Evans of Humboldt, TN, and a brother, Laeey Donald Cagle and wife Denise of Ripley, TN. Besides her parents, Rita is preceded in death by two sisters, Janice Alliene Petty and Patsy Regina Morgan. Memorials may be directed to the Milan Mustard Seed.
