Graveside service for Mr. Rubert Ellington, age 100 of Milan, will be held on Monday, October 27, 2014 at 2:30pm at the New Hope Cemetery in Yuma, TN.
Visitation with the family will be held on Monday from 11am - 1pm at the Bodkin Funeral Home.
Mr. Ellington was a member of the Oakwood Baptist Church near Milan. He was a WWII Veteran serving in the U S Army and he was a retired machinist with the ICG Railroad.

Sons - Robert Ellington (Leigh Ann)of Trenton and Ben Ellington (Debbie)of Milan
Daughters - Mary Ellington Varner (Brent) of Jackson, Susan Ellington Coleman of Corinth, MS, Vivian Youngblood, Scarlet Hurdle and Shirley "Toppy" Youngblood all of Holly Springs, MS
Step Daughter - Penney Turner (Rickey) of South Park, PA
21 - Grandchildren
10 - Great Grandchildren
Mr. Ellington was preceded in death by his wife Virla Estell Ellington, a twin brother Ruben Ellington and a sister Etta Ruth Ellington and a granddaughter Elizabeth "Beth" Ann Thompson.
