Funeral service for Sandra Faye Scott, age 83 of Milan, will be held on Friday, May 9, 2025, at Bodkin Funeral Home at 1 PM with burial to follow in the Pisgah Cemetery in Atwood. Visitation with the family will be held on Friday from 11 AM – 1 PM at the funeral home.

She was born in Nashville on October 14, 1941, to Martin and Edna Pinkley Gurley. Sandra was a member of the Milan First Baptist Church, and she was a retired salesclerk with the Raliegh Springs Mall in Memphis.

Sandra is survived by two sons Russell Smith (Lynn) of Humboldt and Robert Smith (Tosha) of Southaven, MS, a sister Carol Barnes (Danny) of Milan, four grandchildren Tracy Smith (Kyle), Amanda Chapman (Joe), Brent Smith and Samantha Ward (Michael) and four great grandchildren Ford Chapman, Remington Sheffield, Charlie Smith and Hudson Sheffield. In addition to her parents, she was preceded death by her husband Wilber Gene Scott, a son Brent Smith, daughter in law Connie Smith and a granddaughter in law Heather Smith.
