Shaun Rena Mayo, 60, of Connellsville, PA, died Tuesday October 21, 2025, at West Penn Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Mrs. Mayo was born December 20, 1964 in Milan, Tennessee to the late James W. and Mary M. Chandler Smith.

Shaun was a graduate of Atwood High School class of 1983. She worked as a sales associate at Mt. Pleasant Walmart. She enjoyed sewing, buying clothes, bingo, and spending time with her family.

Shaun is survived by her loving family, her husband, Fred L. Mayo II; her children, Amber Woodall (Daniel) and James Winsett (Donna); five grandchildren; her brother, Barry Smith (Mary); her step-daughter, Catherine Mayo; and by her mother-in-law, Patricia Mayo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Ronald Winsett.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, October 27, 2025, from 11 AM - 2 PM at Bodkin Funeral Home with service to begin at 2 PM.  Burial will follow in the Howse Cemetery near Atwood.
