Funeral service for Shirley Marie Curry, age 73 of Humboldt, will be held on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 10 am at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow at 12 pm at Peace Chapel Cemetery in Scotts Hill. Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday evening from 5 7 pm at the funeral home. She was born on July 12, 1949 in Salem, IL to Ralph and Wanda Mulvaney. Shirley was a member of the Moores Chapel Methodist Church and she retired from Delta Faucet in Jackson. She is survived by three children DeAnne Hall of Dyer, Beau Eddings (Kristi) of Dyer and Andrea Mullikin (Coy) of Humboldt, four step children James T. Curry (Gena) of Humboldt, Troy Curry (Rita) of Medina, Tammy Curry Nelson of Milan and Tina Curry of Cades, one brother Francis Mulvaney (Mary Lou) of Effingham, IL, seven grandchildren Stevie Rae V. Hall, Skyler Marie Leslie, Airiel Elizabeth Marie Eddings, Alex Lee, Levi Mullikin, Anabelle Eddings and Casiphia Eddings, nine step grandchildren and several step great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband James Travis Curry, a son Wade Andrew Eddings and a brother Darrell Mulvaney.
