Funeral service for Ms. Thelma Morene Crossnoe, age 92 of Milan, will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Gibson County Memory Gardens near Milan. Visitation with the family will be held on Wednesday from 12 2 pm at the funeral home. Ms. Crossnoe passed away on October 21, 2018 at NHC Healthcare after a short illness. She was born on February 15, 1926 to her parents Ben and Mary Oliver Mathis. She was retired from Foamex Corporation in Milan and was a member of the West Plains Primitive Baptist Church. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers Joe Mathis, Foster Mathis and J. W. Mathis, one sister Anna Fuchs, a daughter in law Glenda Crossnoe and a grandson Jeremy Crossnoe. She is survived by a son Melvin Crossnoe (Glinda) of Milan, two daughters Peggy Osborne (Danny) of Milan and Sandra Daly of Toledo, OH, ten grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
