Funeral services for Mrs. Vella Marie LeBarre, age 73 of Atwood, will take place at 2:00 PM Friday, January 7, 2022, at the Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Gibson County Memory Gardens near Milan. Visitation with the family will be Friday from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Marie was born to the late Jewell VanBurean McMinn and Dorothy Kathryn Spain McMinn on October 4, 1948. She passed away December 31, 2021, at Jackson General Hospital. Marie was a Milan High School graduate. She was a member of Atwood First Baptist Church. Surviving Family: Husband - David LeBarre Sons - Mark LeBarre and Matthew LeBarre Daughters - Tracey Elaine Crowe, Vicki LeBarre, and Suzanne Dennis Sister - Kathryn Rardin Grandchildren - Morgan, Olah, Kayla, and Megan and several great grandchildren Besides her parents, Marie is preceded in death by a sister, Doris Ann Smith.
