Funeral service for Ms. Virginia Arrington Milford, age 95 of Moore, SC, formerly of Milan, will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at 1 pm at Bodkin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Milan. Visitation with the family will be held on Thursday from 11 am 1 pm at the funeral home. Ms. Milford was born on December 31, 1923 in the Whitthorne community in Carroll County to Cecil and Lillie Savage Arrington. She was a member for over 80 years at the New Hope Primitive Baptist Church and she was retired from the Milan Shirt Factory. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Jack Milford, a daughter Peggy Milford West, a granddaughter Jennifer West, one brother Cecil Arrington, Jr., and two sisters Bernice McGraw and Dorothy Pope. She is survived by a daughter Pam Dawson (Tom) of Moore, SC, three grandchildren Michael Dawson, Anna West Smith and Chip West and six great-grandchildren.
